Board of Directors (BOD)

The Board of Directors meeting cycle, after the annual elections, starts in the month of May, and are held on the third Thursday of every other month. Meetings are scheduled to start at 6 p.m. at the Ojai Library (111 East Ojai Ave., Ojai, CA 93023 / 805-646-1639). Schedule changes will be posted to our website. Annual Meeting of Membership

The annual meeting is held at 6 p.m. in the evening on the last Thursday of April at the Ojai Library (111 East Ojai Ave., Ojai, CA 93023 / 805-646-1639) and is noticed by mail to the membership.  Proxies are provided by mail to those members unable to attend the meeting. A quorum of 22 members in person or by proxy is required to conduct election of members to the Board and to conduct business.

Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

The ARC meets generally from time to time as required by site visits and business brought to it by members or the Board of Directors.
