Persimmon Hill Homeowners’ Association, Ojai, California, is an Association organized and operated to provide for the management, maintenance and care of Association property and common areas. In addition to such duties, the Association maintains architectural control, enforces its protective restrictions, and promotes the general welfare of the community comprising the Association.
The Association is a not-for-profit organization, with an elected Board of Directors. The Association operates under California Civil Code and a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and its own By-laws. The day to day management of the business of the Association is supervised by Concord Consulting & Association Services of Camarillo, CA.
